Acer be Touch E200 – new GSM-smartphone of the Acer company production, made in the slider form factor with a numeric keypad. It is equipped with 3-inch touch screen WQVGA-resolution display with 240х400 pixels, 256 megabytes of memory and supports memory cards microSD.

The smartphone integrates GPS-module,it support  Bluetooth, UMTS (3G), EDGE and GPRS. It is equipped with a 3 megapixel camera with auto focus, which allows you to make reasonable quality pictures.The user interface used for the phone is  Acer Shell for Windows.

Acer be Touch E200 is made on the basis of a modern processor Qualcomm MSM7225 CPU running at 528 MHz. It is running Windows Mobile 6.5.

Acer be Touch E200 – a pleasant exception of a numerous Windows-smartphones, which has the classic sliding number pad. This device fits those who enjoy classical solutions and, thus, requires an all  functional modern smartphone based on Windows OS .Sliders on the Windows Mobile are almost there, most of themare equipped with the QWERTY-keyboard.

This kind of classics  is almost not being produced today . Acer E200 is one of the very few that is really  worth of attention. Moreover, the model with a new operating system Windows Mobile 6.5, but is quite reasonable 14 990 rubles, which by the standards of the Microsoft platform is not so much.

Acer is another affordable smartphone producer, which promises to be a notable proposal in its segment in the absence of competitors.

Externally Acer E200 looks very elegant. As noted, this is a classic slider with the alphanumeric keypad. Size is moderate, although the thickness could be less. Use of  metal and rubberized plastic, as well as invoice stylized buttons makes it even more interesting. It will be available only one color- black.

The average set of elements  is less than the neighboring E101. There are no buttons to change the profile, fewer keys under the screen, there is no sensor for navigation, and power button for some reason, placed on the right. But do not vanish shutter button, and it is now a two-position, because the camera has autofocus.

MiniUSB interface is used for audio.  The navigation key has four positions. It  is easy to operate. It is inscribing  the action button on the side buttons.  There are no soft-keys in the E200. The main keypad, satisfactory, the buttons are separated, have sufficient progress.

Acer beTouch E200 is being controlled by the latest version of Windows Mobile 6.5, plus there is a firm applet on the screen. There is a grid of 9 icons. 3 of them are rigidly fixed to the phone, SMS, and contact book, the remaining 6 can be changed at their discretion, or removed altogether. That’s the whole functionality.
