Acer is stepping in to the  Russian market and it is the first smartphone based on the  platform Snapdragon. Previously known under the code names s200 and F1, novelty, finally got a real name – Neo Touch. It boasts a large touchscreen, operating system, Windows Phone and stylish appearance.

Acer Neo Touch – the new flagship of the new hardware platform.  Among  its main competitors can be called HTC Touch HD 2, as well as the model Toshiba TG-01. All of them work at gigahertz Snapdragon platform from Qualcomm.

According to the rumors Acer Neo Touch is worth waiting for a serious jump in performance, as well as opportunities to play higher quality video at an acceptable rate.  Although  I  personally do not recall any serious problems with playing on the 600-hertz processors. Some experts believe that the increase in productivity will influence in the  increase and consumption of energy – everything is logical, if it was an ordinary processor. But Qualcomm uses a completely new technology, data processing, so the energy consumption would remain the same.

In the device, in addition to the new platform,  a new operating system Windows Phone is used. Truly said this is only an intermediate version between Windows Mobile 6.1. and “Mobile Group of Seven.” However, some radical changes still occurred. For example,  the same thing appeares  in   Mobile Me from Apple. It allows you to synchronize various information, including media content, which can be controlled via the Internet.
